Data we receive

Google sign-in shares your name, email and profile data provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password. For email registration, Better Auth stores a hash of your chosen password, not the readable password.

Why we use it

To create your account, keep you signed in, save your profile and protect private workspaces. Uploads and briefs do not become public automatically.

Shared work

The moderator receives only explicitly submitted terms, files, declarations and evidence. After the deadline a company receives the eligible version submitted to its own task, not private chat or drafts. Agreement parties see their exact terms and relevant evidence. External payment evidence is excluded from public projections. Do not add passwords, card numbers or banking secrets to evidence.

Storage and sharing

Authentication uses Better Auth and OnlyIdea’s server account database. Data is shared with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service or when required by law. OnlyIdea does not sell account data.

Your choices

You can edit your name and profile in your account and sign out at any time. Data correction or deletion requests require contacting support.
